  • Do I need to book my Ceremony Park or Beach with the Local Council?
    Yes, with the majority of public parks, beachs and reserves you will be required to book the area. When booking please allow enough time for setup and packdown of hire equipment.
  • What happens if it is raining on my wedding day and my ceremony is outside?
    It's important to have a wet weather alternative for any outdoor event, it may be a hall or your reception venue. The wet weather decision can be made on the day usually 3 to 4 hours before the ceremony, however if you don't make the decision to move to your wet weather back up and we have already started to setup unfortunately we will not have time to move the ceremony inside.
  • What time will you be setting up my ceremony?
    We aim to be set up 30 minutes prior to the brides planned arrival time. We find your guests will start to arrive 30 minutes prior to your invite start time and it's nice for them to turn up to a completed ceremony.
  • How long is my ceremony hire duration?
    Hire duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes from the scheduled start time. The majority of the time this is more than enough. If you require the hire products for a little longer you will be charged at $50 per 30 minutes.
  • Will you setup all my personal decorations for me?
    Unfortunatley not, we do try to help out as much as we can on the day but please organise a friend or family member to take responsibiliy of your personal decorations.
  • Are your packages flexible?
    Yes, it is your Wedding Day, we want you to have exactly what you want. You are more than welcome to add and remove items to any of our packages to create the perfect package for your big day.
  • I can't find what I need on your website?
    Our range is expanding and updating constantly. It is likely that we have what you are after and it is taking a little longer to get the product uploaded onto our website. If we don't have a certain product in stock we can possibly look at getting in stock for you. Just ask our team and they will look into it further for you:)
  • How do I make a booking with Wedding Knights?
    Once you have decided on a date, location and your styling requirments, we will send you a quote. To lock in your date with us you will need to accept the quote and our terms and conditions. You will then be sent an invoice and a 30% deposit is required to lock in your date. This deposit makes sure no one can take your spot. There is a pay now button in the top corner of your invoice, this will take you through to pay pal or credit card payments. We do have limited spots so please don't leave it too late to lock in your day.
  • What happens if I need to amend my order after booking?
    We are very flexible. You can swap and change your decorations as many times as you like up to 30 days before your big day. We have multiples of all our items so that our couples can choose from our entire range.
